Goto Blackberry OS Upgrade

Select Your Network Carrier and Fill The Form Appropriately

Click Next

Now Click On Download

After Download

Click On Install

Note: Do not Select To Open Blackberry Desktop Manage Upon Installation

After Installation Click Finish

Goto Drive C: Program Files Click Common Files >> Click Reeasearch In Motion …..

In the Folder Research In Motion Locate File VENDOR.XML and DELETE

Note: You Must delete Vendor.xml to avoid carrier's conflict..

Disconnect Your Internet
